Main bedroom
In the main bedroom, you will find yourself greeted by an amazing view, which you can enjoy by simply adjusting the blockout holland blind to your liking. Surrounding the cozy queen-sized bed, you'll discover two bedside tables with bed-lamps, providing convenience and a touch of elegance. Rest assured, your bed will be fully made up with a doona, and we have spare blankets and pillows in the wardrobe for your comfort. Speaking of which, the wardrobe offers ample hanging space and hangers, along with fabric storage boxes for your belongings.
Main Ensuite bathroom
Attached to the main bedroom is an en suite bathroom featuring a large shower, toilet, handbasin, and all the essentials you may need during your stay. The mirrored cabinet not only holds a hairdryer and electric socket but also contains handy items like SPF 50+ non-greasy sunscreen, spare toilet rolls, and a mini emergency kit for your convenience. In case relaxation strikes you, a large bath with breathtaking views and the option of a blockout holland blind is at your disposal.
Second bedroom
the second bedroom, you'll be greeted by a queen-sized bed, fully made up with a doona and accompanied by spare blankets and pillows in the wardrobe. Like the main bedroom, this space offers a wardrobe with hanging space, hangers, and fabric storage boxes for your clothing and personal items. The view from this room overlooks the neighboring empty block of bushland, which can be complemented by adjusting the blockout holland blind.
Third Bedroom
For families or larger parties, the third bedroom offers three single beds. One set of single bunks and one single bed are made up with single doonas, and spare blankets and clean bath towels are provided. Though there is no wardrobe in this room, fabric storage boxes beneath the bunk and single bed cater to your storage needs. Two bed-lamps and two wooden stools complete this cozy space, allowing flexibility for sitting or storing items.
Extra Bathroom and Living Spaces
The main bathroom, serving the second and third bedrooms as well as the main living area, ensures convenience and accessibility for all guests. With its spacious layout, this bathroom boasts the essentials for your comfort and ease.

Portable toddler high chair cushion, for placement on dining chair. A Steelcraft Porta cot is located in the bottom shelf of the Main bedroom wardrobe.

Wii Game kit & games - Pictionary & Trivial Pursuit - Located in the TV cabinet & in the upper laundry cupboard.

Brick paved patio with outdoor chairs and fire pit, for your enjoyment when it's safe & regulated to do so *check* fire restrictions:
Fire Restrictions
Deck
Gas hooded barbecue (medium-large capacity). Large wooden dining table. 4 wooden seats, 6 plastic folding seats.
Heating
Pot belly fireplace. Fire will be prepared for you with spare wood provided in basket next to it. Backup wood is located in the wood pile next to the red paved Patio area at the end of the driveway.
Cooling
Panasonic reverse cycle air conditioner. Remote control located on the wall near the fridge.
Water & Septic
EyeSeaWye uses rainwater stored under the house in tanks. Please minimise water use. Septic treatment plant will not tolerate foreign material, so we ask you to ensure that sanitary items are placed in the bags provided (or some other wrapping) and disposed of in the outside rubbish bin.
Surf Boards
EyeSeaWye does have some Surfboards you can use in the locakup area. Always check local beach and surf conditions - you are always 100% responsible for your well being, security and safety when you borrow a surf board and entering the ocean or surf.
BYO Beach Towels
If you're planning a trip to the beach or going sunbaking you'll need to bring your own beach towels as we don't provide them.

We enjoyed 3 nights trip during Easter. The place is very clean with good view. It is definitely a great place for escape from the busy work. The house is fully equiped and we didn't need to go out for meals with a modern kitchen. Bryce is easy to communicate and great to work with. I will come back in the future.
